SOUTHCOM Commander Visits Central America

MIAMI, Fla. — Adm. Craig Faller visited Central America Oct. 19-23 to meet with leaders in Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador and Costa Rica to discuss continued security cooperation and counter narcotics support.

Joint Task Force-Bravo’s Headquarters Support Company Gives Back

SOTO CANO AIR BASE, Honduras — U.S. servicemembers from the Army Forces Battalion Headquarters Support Company at Soto Cano Air Base, Honduras, delivered charitable donations to the Horizontes al Futuro Orphanage in Comayagua Honduras, Sept. 5, 2020.

U.S. Army soldiers assigned to Joint Task Force Bravo conducted a large formation helicopter exercise May 28 out of Soto Cano Air Base, Honduras. The exercise involved participation from the U.S. Army South’s 1-228 Aviation Regiment “Winged Warriors” and the use of 10 U.S. Army CH-47 Chinooks and UH-60L Blackhawk helicopters.
